Thank you for your interest in participating in the Workplace Pride Global Employee Survey!

This survey is conducted by Leiden University, in collaboration with the Workplace Pride Foundation.

This research examines the work-related experiences of employees all over the world in order to gain insight into the correlates of workplace equality. We hope that our findings contribute to an inclusive workplace for all employees, regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or sex characteristics.

You can participate in this survey if you are 16 years or older and work at least 20 hours a week for pay.

We will ask you a series of questions about yourself and your work environment. The questions regard both positive and negative experiences, and assess your attitudes regarding yourself, others, and organizational policy.

Participation is entirely voluntary. You can decide to skip questions or stop the survey at any time, without any further explanation and without any consequences. We will only use the data you provide us with.

The survey should take between 15 and 60 minutes, depending on the applicability of the questions to your situation. The language of the survey is English.

Your data are collected anonymously and will be stored safely by Leiden University for at least 10 years. They will be processed confidentially, aggregated with the answers of the other participants, analyzed statistically and summarized. The data may be used in scientific and professional publications. No data in potential publications can be traced back to individuals.

Your data may be used for this research project, as well as for further research in the field of social psychology. Your data may be shared with others in an anonymized way.
