This is the form to register with the SCS department for the specialisation or elective courses within Science Communication & Society.

Please only fill this form out if you are sure you will register for these courses in the academic year 2021-2022. If you just want more information please send an email to infoscs@biology.leidenuniv.nl.

Separate from this registration form, we will ask you to register through uSis for the courses as well. You will receive more information about that before the start of the courses.
